How much would a general defects check cost?

We have two different packages for you to choose from, depending on your house size, it'll cost you around $200-$500

How many times of check is needed?

Depending on the package and severity of the defects situation, generally between 1-3 times is needed

What area will you be conducting the defects check on?

We will cover the entire house, including the front metal gate area.

How many pax will be conducting check on site, and how experienced are they?

Generally, we send down a minimum of two pax per inspection (first and third). It will be led by a team leader who possesses at least 1 year of defect-checking experience.

How long will the inspection take?

Generally, it may take between one to two hours to complete the defects inspection

Do I need to activate electricity and water before the inspection?

Yes, it is advisable to turn on the water and electricity before the inspection so that our team can also check the power and water flow during the check.

What kind of building projects do you cover?

We cover projects from BTOs, Resale HDBs, Condominiums, Landed Residential Properties and Commercial Properties.
